Product Designer. inDrive

Designed product interfaces during a key stage of the company’s growth – from a local startup to a scalable international product.

For about two years, I was the only product designer in the company, fully responsible for the product's design.

My area of responsibility covered the entire product: the core ride-hailing service (both rider and driver sides), internal tools, as well as additional product verticals – Intercity and Cargo – where I designed interfaces for both customers and service providers. I was also responsible for the company’s main websites and marketing landing pages.

The work was extensive: thousands of screens and hundreds of user flows were designed. I built a structured approach to product design – from hypotheses and research to implementation – and conducted a large number of quantitative and qualitative studies that directly influenced product decisions.

One of the key milestones was a full product redesign in 2016 – a shift from a fragmented and inconsistent interface to a more structured and scalable product.

During this time, the product evolved from a local startup into an international company with millions of users, with design becoming an essential part of product quality, scalability, and decision-making.
